Privacy Notice

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This notice explains how Module Forge Studio handles information submitted through this website. It covers project enquiries and basic technical data needed to operate and protect the site.

1. Who handles the data

The data controller and website operator is Module Forge Studio, Budapest, Hungary. Privacy enquiries and data-subject requests can be sent to hello@moduleforge.studio.

2. Information we receive

When you submit a project enquiry, we may receive your name, work email, company, role, project area, project stage, timing, indicative budget, relevant systems, project description, language and referral or campaign source. We also process limited request metadata needed for security and reliable message delivery.

3. Why we use it

  • to assess and respond to your enquiry;
  • to decide whether there is a reasonable technical and commercial fit;
  • to take steps you request before a possible contract;
  • to secure the website, prevent abuse and diagnose delivery errors.

We do not use project enquiries for unrelated advertising and do not sell personal data.

4. Legal basis

Depending on the enquiry, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract and/or is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the website. Where a separate optional service requires consent, it will be requested independently.

5. Service providers

Cloudflare provides the website's hosting, network and security services. Cloudflare is also involved in forwarding project enquiries by email, with Resend serving as a fallback delivery channel. These providers may process data on our instructions, under their applicable data-processing terms and only as needed to provide the service.

6. Retention

Unsuccessful or inactive project enquiries are removed within 12 months, unless a longer period is necessary to continue a requested discussion, establish or defend a legal claim, or comply with a legal obligation. Information that becomes part of a client relationship is handled under the applicable contract and business record policy.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are made under safeguards recognized by applicable data-protection law, including an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses where relevant.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or the supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence.

9. Cookies and analytics

The current website build does not set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If optional analytics are enabled later, the notice and consent controls will be updated before activation.

10. Changes

We may update this notice when the website, providers or processing activities change. The effective date appears at the top of the page.
